What procedure do you follow for the design?
1.You can design it yourself. Please send us a high quality image of at least 300dpi or in PDF, EPS format. All text needs to be converted to curves and colors need to be CMYK.
2. Use our Custom Designer option online.
3. We have an in-house graphic design studio to help you with any concepts you have. Give us a call to discuss your ideas and we will help you through the process.
What is the process of ordering from you?
Step 1: Send us your artwork or a description of what artwork you would like to have printed or made into a badge. Alternatively give us a call to discuss your ideas.
Step 2: Let us know what size and backing option/material you would like, in other words:- Do you want a pin, magnet, etc. to hold your badges in place?
– What signage material would you like us to use. Correx, chromadek, ABS, etc.
Step 3: Provide us with a quantity to quote on.
Step 4: You need to tell us by when, that means by what date, you need the product in your hand. Also, will you be collecting it from our factory or should we quote you on courier costs.
Step 5: Contact us to get a Quote and to enquire if in fact we are able to manufacture what you need by when you need it. Give us a call or pop us an email with your enquiry.
Step 6: We will be sending the final artwork to you for approval via email. You need to give us the go-ahead on the artwork and make the necessary payment, before we are able to start with production of your order.
Do I need to collect the badges from your factory?
You are more than welcome to collect your order from our office in Koedoespoort or alternatively we also provide a courier service that delivers all over the country. Contact us for more information on delivery and collection.
Do you have a pricelist?
Unfortunately not. We provide such a very wide variety of products, different mediums and services that each product is quoted individually according to your requirements. Give us a call to discuss your ideas and we will provide you with a quote over the phone or as soon as possible via email.
How long will my vehicle branding last?
The lifespan of a vinyl wrap can vary, depending on how well it’s maintained over the years, weather and external factors and the quality of material initially used for branding. We can provide vinyl for long term use or short term exposure, for example a weekend showcase if needed.
Will applying vinyl to my car damage the paint?
Not only will a wrap not damage the painted surface of your vehicle, if the paint is factory paint the wrap will protect that surface and preserve the quality of the paint underneath. If removed correctly, the vinyl won’t leave any residue, or peel any paint or clear coat with it.
How long does it take to brand my car?
Application times vary according to the size of the vehicle and complexity of the project. A vehicle with a lot of complex curves take a lot longer to do. The initial preparation for branding also needs to be taken into account, for example: printing, cut and prep of the vinyl.

How can I start making my own badges?
Step 1:
Contact us for specials on components and machines.Once you have your machine operating and have purchased the components you need, you can start making your badges.
Creating your badge:
Any printing programme such us Microsoft publisher, print master or even windows can be used to create your badge. We will provide you with a template to create the correct size circles which you can colour in the background, add pictures from clip art and wording with word art. If you have access to the internet you have access via clipart on line to thousands of pictures. Businesses looking for badges will also often do the art work and send it to you. Just ensure you give them the correct size. Copy this onto the template, print and cut. Surfing the web for badges and stickers will give you some excellent ideas.
Printing:
You should use a good quality printer, and 80 gram paper. If you do not have a printer or are making a large quantity of badges you should look at getting quotes from your local Printer.
Marketing:
It is a good idea to have a sticker with your business name and phone number on the back of the badge as people often look at a badge and ask where a person bought it.
Wear your product where ever you go. People are always looking for new ideas to do things and you will be amazed how many people will enquire where you got your badge from…
Pricing:
This is always difficult and there will need to be a sliding scale for larger orders and vary from size to size. As a guide line, for 1000 badges the price would vary from R3-00 (25mm) to R6-00 each for the 75mm. Smaller quantities would command higher prices of around R5-00 to R15-00 each. Fridge magnets, key rings and bottle openers would be more.
Should you get a large order that your machine cannot cope with or an order for a size you don’t make, do not give up on the order, call us, get a quote, add-on your commission and make some money while acting as the middle man. It is not uncommon to get orders from Corporate companies of 10 000 and more.
How do I send you my artwork?
When e-mailing us your artwork please follow these instructions:
Please don’t e-mail very large pieces of artwork as it may bounce from our emails. You can send it via We Transfer or Dropbox. Please send your artwork in PDF/EPS format or even the original/open file.
If you are scanning artwork to send to us it will look best at 600 dpi (300 dpi – minimum).
At least 5mm bleed is required on all artwork and all artwork must be in CMYK.
Pantones need to be provided if you require very accurate colours.
Any artwork provided in RGB will automatically be changed to CMYK before printing.

Prices have been calculated according to the current exchange rates and customs value. Unlimited Badges & Signs reserves the right to adjust the prices, according to any fluctuations in these rates.

Unlimited Signs reserves the right to refuse any order, and to edit / omit artwork / text or to contact you for alternative artwork / text as it deems appropriate, if in the opinion of Unlimited Signs any artwork / text appears to be offensive, unacceptable, or detrimental to Unlimited Badges & Signs reputation or that of its business partners.
PRIVACY POLICY
LIABILITY AND OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Ownership of the goods remains vested in Unlimited Badges & Signs until we have received payment in full. Risk in the goods shall pass to the purchaser immediately upon delivery of all or part of such goods to the purchaser. Where carrier affects delivery, such carrier shall be deemed to the purchaser’s agent and delivery by Unlimited Badges & Signs to such carrier shall constitute delivery to the purchaser.
REPLACEMENT / REPAIR POLICY
The purchaser / receiver shall be deemed to have inspected the goods at the time of signature of the Delivery Note of the goods. The onus is on the customer ordering to make sure that the goods ordered, and their quantities are indeed correct. The purchaser / receiver shall notify Unlimited Signs in writing within 7 (seven) days of delivery of goods of any alleged defects therein, failing which such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in perfect condition and the purchaser shall not otherwise be entitled to return the goods or any part thereof to Unlimited Signs nor claim any reduction of the purchase price thereof arising from such alleged defectiveness. In the event of any defective goods being properly returned to Unlimited Signs as provided for herein, Unlimited Signs shall be entitled at its sole discretion to replace or repair such goods.
UPDATING OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the website for changes or updates.
